You’re right. I did. But, as I’ve noted elsewhere, Ciro’s district is not on the sunny side of the digital divide. Even in a place like San Francisco, the percentage of voters who read political blogs is not very big. Much of the power of blogs derives from the ability to influence the traditional media and to raise money, both of which are key to informing voters in the old-fashioned ways. We’ll see if all the blog attention has that impact in South Texas.
